Wear the proper equipment!

When playing sports, you should always wear the proper gear. For example, wear a helmet if you are playing football, shin pads if you are playing soccer. Wear cleats if you are playing both of these sports.

Things to remember…

  • Make sure your equipment is in good shape; if not, tell your parent(s).
  • Be a good sport.
  • Do warm ups and cool downs.
  • If you are hurt or don’t feel good, tell your coach.
  • Keep hydrated. Drink lots of water.
  • And the most important thing to remember is to have fun.
