Trampoline Safety

To prevent from getting hurt while jumping on a trampoline you should follow these safety tips:

  1. Only one person on the trampoline at a time.
  2. Remove jewelry and objects from your pockets.
  3. Remove shoes.
  4. Do not eat food or chew gum while jumping.
  5. Bounce in the centre of the pad and focus your eyes on the edge of the trampoline. This will help you keep your balance.
  6. To stop your bounce, flex or bend your knees as your feet come in contact with the pad.
  7. Never jump off the trampoline to get down. Stop bouncing and climb down.
  8. Never go underneath the trampoline.
